Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated, board-certified (or board-eligible) Primary Care Physician in Internal Medicine and / or Family Medicine to join our team. The physician will provide comprehensive, continuous care in an ambulatory setting, working within a multidisciplinary, team-based care model to support preventive, acute, and chronic care for a diverse population. This role will also involve participation in quality improvement, population health initiatives, and may include teaching / mentoring as needed.

Essential Responsibilities & Duties

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered primary care including preventive services, health maintenance, acute illness, and chronic disease management
• Conduct comprehensive health assessments, ordering, interpreting, and acting on labs, imaging, diagnostic studies
• Coordinate care with specialists, ancillary services, behavioral health, social services, and community resources
• Maintain accurate, timely medical records using the electronic health record system
• Participate in population health management : outreach, registries, care gap closures, care management
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives, metrics tracking, and performance goals
• Contribute to clinic operations, scheduling, patient panel management, and clinic flow efficiency
• Provide culturally competent care to diverse patient populations, including underserved and low-income communities
• Potentially supervise, mentor, teach residents, medical students, or other learners (if aligned with academic affiliation)

Compensation range between $219,000 - $298,825

The base salary of the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to clinical FTE, qualifications, experience, education, board certifications, specialty, training, and scope of practice. The above hiring range represents a good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Any eligible incentive compensation is not included in the above compensation range and will be discussed during the interview process.
