The Opportunity

Our Albuquerque Family Medicine Clinic is in an exciting growth phase, serving the City of Albuquerque employees and their families. We are seeking a Charge RN / Team Lead who brings both strong clinical skills and a passion for leadership.

In this pivotal role, youll oversee clinic operations, mentor and support clinical staff, and collaborate closely with our providers to ensure excellent patient care. This position is ideal for a Nurse Leader who enjoys building teams, fostering a positive work culture, and helping an organization grow and thrive.

Clinic hours are Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM no late nights, weekends, or 12?hour shifts. In addition to clinic-based care, our team also provides community outreach through a mobile health unit, serving employees at various City of Albuquerque sites. All RN staff rotate between clinic and mobile unit responsibilities.
