Location : Albany NY (Hybrid) (Local to NY)

Duration : 6-12 Months

Key Responsibilities :

• Managing a team of junior designers.
• Consulting with stakeholders to understand business goals.
• Planning and conducting user research as well as explaining user research results to internal and external stakeholders.
• Developing user models and scenarios.
• Creating wireframes storyboards sitemaps and screen flows.
• Creating and iterating on prototypes.
• Conducting usability testing and analyzing user feedback and activity and iterating to improve the user experience.
• Assisting with content development.
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
• Other duties as assigned.
