TGA Premier Sports is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Youth Lead Pickleball Coach to oversee our youth pickleball programs. In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of engaging pickleball activities for children, fostering a fun and supportive environment that promotes skill development and a love for the game. Your leadership will be key in recruiting and training additional coaches while also ensuring that all participants have a positive and enriching experience.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement age-appropriate pickleball training programs for youth
- Lead and conduct pickleball classes and clinics
- Provide mentorship and support to junior coaches
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Coordinate events and competitions aimed at youth engagement
- Promote pickleball in the community through outreach and promotional activities
