We are seeking an Implementation Engagement Lead to oversee projects from initiation to completion. The Engagement Lead will manage timelines and deliverables, ensure effective communication among stakeholders, execute specific project tasks, and implement strategies for successful project execution :
Key Responsibilities :
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure efficient collaboration to meet project milestones.
- Manage project risks and issues, proactively developing mitigation strategies and solutions.
- Execute on various project tasks including but not limited to completing market opportunity assessments, creating referral forms in CRM tool, etc.
- Monitor and report project progress regularly to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with business goals and quality standards.
- Facilitate meetings and presentations, ensuring clear communication of project status and outcomes.
- Perform project evaluations, documenting lessons learned, and recommending improvements for future projects.
Qualified candidates will possess many, if not all, of the following experience, knowledge, and skills.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management within a financial institution; candidates with experience in Treasury. Management are strongly preferred.Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently and adapt to changing priorities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with various disciplines and roles at our client FI's.Ability to work independently and effectively lead all assigned client engagements.Ability to work in a virtual / remote environment.Job Posted by ApplicantPro
