The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and enjoys being the first point of contact for patients providing exceptional service and support in a fast-paced setting.

What You'll Do :

• Greet and check in patients in a courteous and professional manner
• Schedule appointments and verify insurance information
• Answer phones, manage messages, and assist with patient inquiries
• Maintain accurate electronic health records and update patient information
• Coordinate communication between patients, clinical staff, and providers
• Support a positive, team-based office culture focused on patient satisfaction
