📍  Location :  Panama City, FL

🕔  Shift :  Monday–Thursday, 5 : 30 AM - 4 : 00 PM

(Currently working Fridays through the end of the year; additional overtime as needed)

📋  Reports To :  Production Supervisor

💼  FLSA Status :  Non-Exempt

💲  Compensation :  $20 per hour

At Central Moloney, we don’t just manufacture transformers—we power the grid that keeps homes, hospitals, and cities running. As an Assembly Technician, you'll be hands-on, building real products with a team that takes pride in every unit that leaves our floor.

💪 What You’ll Do :

• Build electrical transformers and components on an assembly line
• Use basic hand tools and perform detailed, repetitive hand and finger work (we’ll train you!)
• Follow safety and quality procedures
• Communicate with your team and leads to keep things running smoothly
• Expect a fast-paced, hands-on environment where you’ll be standing, moving, and working with your hands throughout your shift

Please Note : This role requires the ability to work at elevated workstations and tables, reach across machinery, and perform tasks at varying heights. Candidates must be able to safely and consistently reach, lift, and operate within these work areas as part of regular job duties.
