Summary :

Designs and develops manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts for assemblies, equipment installation, machining, and material handling

Plans machine arrangements within plant facilities to ensure efficient and productive layouts

Defines sequences of operations and specifies fabrication procedures for tools and equipment

Adapts machine or equipment designs to factory and production conditions

Incorporates inspection and testing requirements into production plans

Evaluates machinery, equipment, and tools to verify efficiency and initiates corrective actions to maintain product quality

Develops manufacturing processes applicable to statistical process control

Provides guidance to engineering teams on design concepts and specifications to optimize manufacturing efficiency

Ensures processes and procedures comply with all applicable regulations and standards

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required

Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing facility providing engineering support

Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP

Minimum 5 years of experience in quality defect dispositioning

Minimum 5 years of experience with PMR

Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
