Join our client as a Behavior Technician and make a difference in the lives of children with autism. You will provide one-on-one therapy, receive training and support, and work in a friendly environment focused on growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

Work one-on-one with children and teens with Autism Spectrum Disorder

Teach language, social, motor, play, and daily living skills (ADLs)

Maintain a fun, interactive, and organized environment

Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and families

Document behaviors and collect data

Collaborate with Speech and Occupational Therapy departments

Obtain and maintain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification and Quality Behavioral Solutions (QBS) Safety-Care Training
