Job description

We are seeking a skilled and reliable  HVAC Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential and / or commercial clients. The technician must have strong troubleshooting skills, be customer-service oriented, and ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety and industry standards.

Hourly + commission

Key Responsibilities :

  • Install, inspect, and repair heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning, filter replacements, and system tune-ups.
  • Ensure all work meets safety and industry regulations.
  • Maintain accurate service records and document repairs and installations.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients about system performance, issues, and solutions.
  • Work independently or as part of a team to complete assigned jobs efficiently.
  • Stay up to date with industry advancements and best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements :

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Technical school or HVAC certification preferred).
  • Minimum [X] years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
  • EPA certification (Preferred).
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical components, and refrigerants.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions and lift heavy equipment.
  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

    Pay Range

    40,000 — $60,000 USD
