PIB - up-to $3 more per hour

Sign on Bonuses - Full-Time - $3,000 and Part-Time -$1,500

Pay Ranges from - $32-$41 per hour (all inclusive)

Responsibilities of LPN :

Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care, as well as physician’s plan of treatment

Follow a plan of care designed by Nurse Manager

Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care (POC)

Monitor residents’ conditions and report accordingly

Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with orders provided

Qualifications of LPN :

Primary series of the COVID-19 vaccine required

A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an LPN in the state please list the state that is required for role

Ability to work with multiple patients at once
