Fleet Maintenance Technician

Sysco is hiring experienced Fleet Maintenance Technicians to join our team. As a key member of our fleet maintenance department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and reliability of our vehicles.

Job Description

Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on vehicles and equipment to maximize their lifespan and efficiency.

Diagnose and repair mechanical issues with engines, transmissions, brakes, and other vehicle systems.

Conduct quality control checks to ensure all repairs meet manufacturer specifications.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

3+ years of experience in fleet maintenance and repair.

Medium / heavy-duty truck technical training / experience.

ASE certifications; automotive or medium / heavy-duty trucks.

609 HVAC certification.

Working knowledge of computer-based diagnostic software for OEMs and component manufacturers.

The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
