School Psychologist K-12 (Contract, Onsite) Worton, MD
A licensed School Psychologist is needed to support K-12 students in a Maryland school district. This full-time, onsite contract role allows professional engagement across multiple schools while supplementing an existing School Psychologist. The position emphasizes psychological testing, coordinating IEP and SST meetings, and providing counseling services as needed to support student success.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct psychological testing and assessments to identify students academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
Participate in IEP (Individualized Education Program) and SST (Student Support Team) meetings
Provide counseling services as appropriate to support student development
Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop comprehensive support plans
Manage a flexible caseload across multiple schools without serving all district schools
Qualifications
Masters degree in School Psychology or a related field
Maryland State licensure as a School Psychologist (required)
Experience in K-12 school settings preferred
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Ability to work onsite and manage a flexible caseload
Location : Worton, Maryland servicing multiple schools within the district
