Monday : 8 : 00 AM – 2 : 30 PM

Tuesday : 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Wednesday : 8 : 00 AM – 2 : 30 PM

Thursday : 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Friday : 8 : 00 AM – 2 : 00 PM

Weekends : Closed

EMR : eClinicalWorks (eCW)

Patients per Day : 5–10 (scheduled appointments only)

Clinical Responsibilities

The NP / PA will provide routine primary care services including :

Chronic disease management

Preventive care & wellness visits

Acute primary care for non-emergent issues

Medication management and refills

Physical exams

Patient counseling & education

Efficient documentation within eCW

No walk-ins, no urgent care volume, and no procedures beyond standard primary care.

Candidate Requirements

Active & unrestricted Texas NP / PA license

Unrestricted DEA (required)

Certified (any specialty accepted with Primary Care experience)

Proficient with outpatient primary care workflows

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Strong interpersonal and patient-communication skills
