As we continue to expand, we're looking for an Environmental Engineer with hands-on remediation experience who is ready to take ownership of complex soil and groundwater projects and grow alongside a national firm, supporting work based out of our southern California office.

What You'll Do :

In this role, you'll be directly involved in the design, operation, and optimization of soil and groundwater remediation systems, including :

• Support and lead soil and groundwater remediation projects from field execution through reporting, working under the oversight of a senior Professional Engineer and in concert with our engineering and field technician team
• Oversee operation and maintenance (O&M) of remediation systems such as :
• Groundwater extraction and treatment
• Soil vapor extraction
• Thermal oxidizers and related treatment technologies
• Support and assist with remedial system design, modifications, and performance evaluations and optimization
• Oversee field work to ensure compliance with work plans, permits, and project specifications
• Oversee compliance with applicable regulations (AQMD, SWPPP, WDR, hazardous materials / waste, etc.)
• Provide oversight and direction to field technicians supporting O&M activities; work in the field to troubleshoot and maximize remediation system uptime.
• Analyze and interpret O&M and performance data to optimize system effectiveness
• Prepare technical reports, regulatory submittals, and proposals

Annual Expected Pay Range

$75,000—$95,000 USD
