Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and compassionate Gastroenterology Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant to join our team. As a Gastroenterology Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive care to patients with gastrointestinal disorders. Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive healthcare services and coordinate patient care
• Assessing and treating patients with gastrointestinal diseases and conditions
• Work closely with a team of healthcare professionals
• Assess, diagnose, and treat residents' physical and mental well-being
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history reviews and physical examinations
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Develop accurate diagnoses and treatment plans
• Prescribe medication and administer treatments
• Provide counseling to residents and their families
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for seamless coordination of care
• Manage chronic conditions and monitor progress
• Make appropriate adjustments to care plans
• Commitment to person-centered care
• Create a safe and nurturing environment for elderly residents in the nursing home
