Job Description Summary : Support projects and the daily operations of the IT Asset Management
- Must be able to work hybrid in Golden, CO
- Must be able to obtain a federal security clearance (US Citizen)
Program Duties Shall Generally Include :
Software Asset ManagementObtain and conduct initial review of End User License Agreements (EULAs)
Creation and maintenance of software product, model and entitlement recordsAssistance with internal compliance audits and mitigationVendor ManagementDetermine the appropriate vendors for acquiring a particular product or service
Request quotesObtain W-8BEN from foreign vendors as required by laboratory policyQueue ManagementMonitor IT Asset Management queue and provide updates to requesters, as appropriate
Identify and fulfill “Tier 1” requests / tasksOther project tasks and duties as assignedRequired Knowledge / Skills / Attributes :
2 years Software Asset Management experienceKnowledge of and familiarity with software licensing models for major software publishers : Microsoft, Adobe, etc.General knowledge of Hardware Asset Management, computer OEMs, specs and operating systemsAbility to effectively work in a hybrid collaborative team environmentStrong communication skills, written and verbalCustomer service experience and commitment to customer service and supportAnalytical and problem-solving skillsInitiative to anticipate issues and provide insight into solutionStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage projects in parallel with daily tasksAbility to work independently and with a sense of urgency and accuracy, in a fast-paced team environmentIntermediate experience with Microsoft Office suite of applicationsPreferred Qualifications :
Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and SAM / ITAM functionalityGeneral technical knowledge and experience
