Job descriptionSoftware Asset Management Creation and maintenance of software product, model and entitlement records Assistance with internal compliance audits and mitigation Vendor Management Request quotes Obtain W-8BEN from foreign vendors as required by laboratory policy Queue Management Identify and fulfill “Tier 1” requests / tasks Other project tasks and duties as assigned 2 years Software Asset Management experience Knowledge of and familiarity with software licensing models for major software publishers : Microsoft, Adobe, etc. General knowledge of Hardware Asset Management, computer OEMs, specs and operating systems Ability to effectively work in a hybrid collaborative team environment Strong communication skills, written and verbal Customer service experience and commitment to customer service and support Analytical and problem-solving skills Initiative to anticipate issues and provide insight into solution Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage projects in parallel with daily tasks Ability to work independently and with a sense of urgency and accuracy, in a fast-paced team environment Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office suite of applications Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and SAM / ITAM functionality General technical knowledge and experience

Job Description Summary : Support projects and the daily operations of the IT Asset Management
- Must be able to work hybrid in Golden, CO
- Must be able to obtain a federal security clearance (US Citizen)
Program Duties Shall Generally Include :
Obtain and conduct initial review of End User License Agreements (EULAs)
Determine the appropriate vendors for acquiring a particular product or service
Monitor IT Asset Management queue and provide updates to requesters, as appropriate
