Family Medicine physician employment in Florida :

Primary Care Physician ' Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

Bradenton, Florida

Competitive Salary + Performance Bonuses | Outpatient with No Weekends or Late Hours

A stable and growing primary care group with over 60 offices across Florida is seeking experienced Board-Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physicians to join our team. This is an outpatient-only position with no weekend or late hours, offering a great work-life balance.

Position Highlights

Outpatient setting with Monday'Friday hours (8 : 00 AM'5 : 00 PM)
No call requirement, unless desired (extra pay offered)
Average patient load of 20-22 patients per day
Predominantly geriatric patient population (80%)
Locations across Florida, with a strong focus on high-quality, patient-centered care

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 5+ years of clinical experience in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

Expertise in Managed Care, Medicare Advantage, and HEDIS coding

Bilingual in English / Spanish preferred, not mandatory

Active Florida medical license required

Experience with EMR / EHR systems preferred

BLS and ACLS certification

Strong communication, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills

Role Responsibilities

Under the guidance of attending physicians, establish treatment protocols and provide comprehensive care

Evaluate, diagnose, initiate therapy, and monitor patient progress

Focus on geriatric patient care, with an emphasis on managing chronic conditions

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive base salary starting at $250,000+

Quarterly performance-based bonuses tied to specific metrics

Full benefits package, including :

(Dollar-for-dollar on first 3%, 50% on next 2%)
