Join Our Team as a Registered Nurse in Day Surgery!

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional care in our Day Surgery unit. As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will deliver both routine and complex patient care while demonstrating the ability to adapt to various clinical situations. Your role will encompass comprehensive patient assessments, coordinated care planning, and effective communication with patients and their families.

• Provide holistic nursing care utilizing the nursing process : assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation for your assigned patients.
• Address complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families as part of your care approach.
• Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols and monitor for side effects and effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient history, symptoms, medication, and delivered care.
• Assess the learning needs of patients and families, providing necessary education and resources.

Position Requirements :

As a new hire, you will take part in a comprehensive orientation program and receive preceptorship from trained staff. It’s imperative that you complete all required competencies to ensure the highest quality of care.

Work Schedule : Full-time, 5 Days - 8 Hours
