A company is looking for an Associate Director - Behavioral Health Value Creation. Key Responsibilities : Develop and manage a pipeline of initiatives to improve benefit expense and clinical quality outcomes Create project plans and operational processes to support program development and implementation Analyze data and metrics to evaluate program performance and communicate impacts to stakeholders Required Qualifications : 5+ years of experience in a managed care organization or health insurer 5+ years of experience collaborating with diverse teams for innovative solutions Experience leveraging data to drive strategies and solutions Proven track record of managing multiple projects in a matrixed organization Experience influencing others and accomplishing work during times of ambiguity
