Associate Attorney

The Jacob Jensen & Associates team has an immediate associate attorney opening. Our firm is seeking a highly motivated and qualified attorney. We are a personal injury law firm that specializes in auto accidents. Our law firm is quickly growing because of the quality of services we offer to our clients. We are searching for a person who will advocate for each client and maintain the standard of care we currently provide. This position can be either salary or contingency pay. Attorney will have an immediate case load to case manage and negotiate.

Job responsibilities and Requirements :

• Bilingual (Spanish and English, preferred but not required)
• Work rigorously to see that our clients receive the best care, costumer service and results
• Communicates directly and on a regular basis with clients
• Needs to show compassion and empathy when dealing with clients and demonstrate the ability to earn their trust, confidence, and respect
• Client intakes
• Communicate daily with insurance companies and adjusters
• Properly document any interaction ie : client, insurance company, statues, phone calls, emails
• Outstanding negotiation skills
• Litigation experience (Preferred)
• Handle client requests and questions in a timely manner
• Experience in evaluating cases
• Superb verbal and written communication skills
• Licensed in Utah

Pay : $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
