Wilder Affordable Homes in Spokane Valley is a professional andcustomer-focused manufactured homes dealership. Our mission is to help people achieve their dream homes at an affordable price.

Job Description : We are looking for a skilled handyman to join our team. This person will be responsible for :

  • Home Setup : Assisting with the installation and setup of manufactured homes. Complete inspections as needed for the home project.
  • Interior Finish Work : Completing interior tasks to ensure homes are move-in ready. Customer needs to be happy.
  • Exterior Finish Work : Handling exterior tasks to enhance the curb appeal and functionality of homes. Customer needs to be happy.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience in handyman or similar roles.
  • Unwavering attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Equally can work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills are an absolute must.
