1M guaranteed base salary plus wRVU bonus plan

150k commencement bonus

100k retention bonus

Call 1 : 3

Paid call includes trauma coverage and it is equally shared amongst the group

Opportunities for upper extremities, sports surgery, and complex revisions

Hand Surgeon on staff

Support structure includes a NP, Nurse and CNA per MD

Busy from day one

CME reimbursement up to $4,500
