Pre-PlanningReview Safety ConsiderationsReview Project Plans and Specifications (Including Shop / Lift Drawings)Estimate Crew Size, Schedule, Materials, and Equipment RequiredCoordinate Start Date and Sequence with SuperintendentActive ConstructionEnsure Safety Management Plan is Followed and Hazards are MitigatedPerform Material Takeoffs for Upcoming SequencesCoordinate Material and Equipment Orders and Deliveries with Project ManagerCoordinate Crew Size and Durations with SuperintendentPerform Layout of Concrete Elements (Caissons, Footings, Walls, Grade Beams, Columns, Etc.) from Control (Gridlines)Perform Journeyman Level Forming, Placing, and Finishing ActivitiesPerform QA / QC InspectionsGenerate Documentation (Safety Plans, Daily Logs, Photos, Production Reports)Generate Timecards for CrewAttend Project Meetings (Schedule, Subcontractor, Safety, Etc.)Communicate Project Status Updates, Challenges, and SuccessesPerform Problem Solving Efforts When RequiredIdentify and Track Extra Work PerformedIdentifying and Track Re-Work PerformedObtain Safety Certifications as Required (NCCER, OSHA, Forklift, Rigging, Etc.)Maintain Stormwater Best Management PracticesObtain Installation Certifications as RequiredManagementEnsure Site Safety Conditions are AcceptableEnsure Quality of Work Installed by Crew Members is AcceptableEnsure Production Rate of Work Installed by Crew Members is AcceptableManage Morale of Crew MembersProvide Training and Mentorship to Crew MembersDocument Crew Member Underperformance or MisbehaviorInventory and Maintain Company Owned Tools and EquipmentJob Qualifications :
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in commercial concreteGang form experience is a plus.Experience leading and managing concrete crewsAbility to read and interpret construction plans and specificationsAbility to solve problems in a fast-paced environmentAbility to communicate effectively both verbally and writtenAbility to utilize software on PC and tablet (Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, Etc.)Ability to train others in a variety of skill setsAbility to provide their own safety footwear and hand toolsPhysical Demands :

Pay : Pay range for this position is $38.00-42.00 per hour. Pay is determined by knowledge and experience. Haselden does not discriminate based upon any protected category with respect to the payment of wages.
