Java Backend Developer

A company is looking for a Tech Lead Java Backend Developer. Key Responsibilities Design and develop large-scale, distributed backend systems with multi-tiered architecture and high availability Lead and contribute to the full software development lifecycle, including system design, implementation, testing, and deployment Mentor junior and mid-level engineers while participating in architectural discussions and technical decision-making Required Qualifications Proficiency in Java (preferably Java 17+) Expertise in Spring and Spring Boot frameworks Deep knowledge of Hibernate / JPA Experience with MongoDB (NoSQL) and MySQL (relational) Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Services, including serverless architecture
