The Sales Lead provides an exceptional customer experience by encouraging the team to meet sales goals, while leading and supporting store teams and overall store operations.
Location : Las Vegas - Las Vegas, NV 89118 US
Schedule : Weekend availability is required
Pay : $16.00 hourly

Job Responsibilities
Greets and assists customers throughout their shopping experienceMaximizes sales by suggesting products and up-selling when appropriateRemains knowledgeable of the store's merchandise and current promotionsTrains store associates on daily operations and best sales practicesEnsures cleanliness and upkeep of the store; maintains store displays and merchandiseReplenishes backstock, ensuring appropriate levels of merchandise on the floorConducts markdowns of merchandise as instructedPerforms opening / closing duties, including securing cash registers and store securityCommunicates customer complaints and inventory concerns to management in a timely mannerOversees the opening and closing of the storeResolves employee conflict and escalates to upper management as appropriateCounts cash drawers, completes deposit slips, closes registers, and completes required documentationOther duties may be assignedJob Requirements
1+ year of experience in a fast-paced retail environmentEarly and late shift availabilityAbility to multitask and problem solveStrong written and verbal English communication skillsDemonstrated customer service experienceAbility to multitask and resolve minor customer service conflictsAlcohol Beverage Awareness Cared (TAM Card) may be requiredAdditional Security clearance may be requiredSatisfactory Criminal Background Check and Drug Testing May be requiredAdvanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office (WORD, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher)Additional Requirements
