Client Consultants play a vital role in the successful delivery of solutions to our clients and act as liaisons across a wide range of stakeholders, both internal and external, by way of their deep understanding of the FinTech industry coupled with exceptional system, technology, analysis and communication skills. Consultants collaborate with clients to understand their business problem, analyze their current business processes, understand the clients’ success criteria, translate that into requirements, and assist in the design to deliver the best implementation to meet the clients’ goals.
A Client Consultant should have a good understanding of best practices, can execute on tasks with limited supervision from others. Individuals will create intermediate level insight and recommendations in their area of expertise. Individuals in this role will continue to provide support to the analytics team members and begin to lead the client service efforts with intermediate complexity.
What skills and experience do I need to succeed?
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Client Consultant. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem‑solving abilities, excellent time‑management skills, and effective communication capabilities. You should have a keen analytical mind and be proficient in data analysis. You will need to analyze data to make informed decisions and solve complex problems that may arise during the project lifecycle, ensuring everyone is aligned and working toward the same goals.
A Client Consultant is expected to demonstrate a solid understanding of industry best practices and operate with limited supervision. They generate intermediate‑level insights and recommendations within their area of expertise, support analytics team members, and begin to lead client service efforts of moderate complexity. Investment‑management experience is essential for this role, including familiarity with portfolio analysis, performance measurement, and regulatory frameworks. Holding a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation or actively pursuing it is highly valued.

What do we offer?
Salary Range : $95,000 to $120,000 per year plus any other benefits such as bonus. Upon joining, Confluence provides competitive benefits including medical, dental, vision, FSA / HSA accounts, life insurance, disability coverage, paid time off, and a 401(k) with company match. Additional discretionary bonus program is based on company and personal objectives. Salary range is benchmarked against market data. Ultimately, pay is determined by location, experience, and other factors.
