Job Summary

About the Role

Are you passionate about sports, entertainment, or cutting-edge technology? Join Levy's technology team at Crypto.com Arena and be part of the action behind the scenes. You'll ensure our technology-especially POS systems and event-day devices-runs smoothly so fans enjoy a seamless experience. You'll troubleshoot in real-time, install and manage equipment, and contribute to delivering first-class service at one of the busiest venues in sports.

Ideal Candidate

You're organized, resourceful, and thrive under pressure. You have a strong interest in technology, hospitality, and live events-and enjoy being part of an energetic team that creates unforgettable guest experiences.

This is an hourly, event-based role, with occasional non-event day support as needed.

Responsibilities

Event Day Technology Support

• Ensure POS and supporting systems are fully operational before each event
• Respond to real-time tech issues and escalate as needed
• Troubleshoot device connectivity and software / hardware malfunctions
• Record and report all issues, resolutions, and recommendations post-event
