🧒 Must be comfortable with both adult & pediatric patients

🛌 249-bed, full-service hospital setting

🏥 Mix of general, OB, pediatric, regional, and thoracic cases

🔄 Rotating schedule with 24 / 7 coverage through call or shifts

🤝 Strong support from anesthesia leadership and OR staff

💰 Compensation & Benefits :

💵 Base Salary : $225,000 – $260,000 (commensurate with experience & location)

✅ Requirements :

🎓 Board Certified CRNA (NBCRNA)

📋 Iowa license (or IMLC / willing to obtain)

🧒 Experience with adult & pediatric patients

⏳ 5+ years’ CRNA experience preferred , but newer grads with strong training may be considered

🧪 Certifications :

BLS (within 3 months of hire)

ACLS, PALS, and NRP (within 1 year of hire)

⚖️ Clean malpractice
