Manages local scheduling and real-time operations that facilitate the maximization of resources (human and automated) to achieve customer satisfaction, productivity, schedule adherence and economic goals. Essential Responsibilities and Duties : Prepare operational schedules and coordinate manufacturing activities to ensure production and quality of products meets
production orders or schedules to ascertain product data such as types, quantities, and specifications of products and scheduled delivery dates in order to plan facility operations. Maintains production efficiencies and scrap minimization and is responsible for scrap reduction.Reports and Team efforts to reduce scrap and increase efficiencies.Directs and coordinates production processes, and, operational functions to all performance and safety standards to achieve goals and optimal production performance.Oversees the functions of all production activities on the respective shift to ensure compliance toAssist in directing plant activities to achieve optimum utilization of machinery and equipment and maximum efficiency of

starting salary for this position is expected to be between $116,800 to $155,700; however, base pay offered may vary within the full salary range $116,800 to $194,600 depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay information is based on national averages and a geographic differential may be applied based on work location.
