Accounting Services Associate

A company is looking for an Accounting Services Associate to support financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

Perform daily and monthly payment operations and monitor cash balances

Manage Financial Suspense Functions, including NSF reports and reconciliations

Ensure accurate recording of journal entries and support quarterly audits

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field

3-5 years of relevant experience in Cash Management or Financial Accounting

Strong knowledge of journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting

Hands-on experience with banking transmission files and financial systems

Proficiency in MS Excel and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
