Financial Reporting Manager

A company is looking for a Financial Reporting Manager who excels at the intersection of accounting, analysis, and insights. Key Responsibilities Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in alignment with internal deadlines and external requirements Lead and own the full month-end close process, including journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations Prepare and analyze financial reports, forecasts, and variance analyses to support decision-making Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred but not required 5-8+ years of progressive experience in accounting and financial reporting Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and month-end close processes Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets; experience with ERP systems preferred AI-curious mindset with an interest in using automation tools to streamline workflows
