A company is looking for a Licensed Bilingual Sales Agent. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to newly enrolled and existing policyholders to ensure customer satisfaction and guide them through plan benefits Support all divisions by serving as the first point of contact for clients, advocating for their needs and maximizing savings Assist clients in enrolling in Medicare insurance products during peak times Required Qualifications Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) High school diploma or GED required Accident & Health resident insurance license required, or must obtain by a certain deadline Recent insurance, call center, or work-from-home experience required Ability to complete AHIP and additional onboarding requirements by a given deadline
