Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech Language Pathologist to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. The SLP will create individualized treatment plans, provide therapy to support functional communication, and work closely with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to promote progress and overall well-being.
Responsibilities :
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient goals and needs.
- Provide therapy to improve speech clarity, language skills, voice quality, and swallowing safety.
- Educate patients and families on therapy strategies, communication techniques, and home programs.
- Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatments, and progress notes.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
- Recommend adaptive communication tools or techniques when appropriate.
Qualifications :
Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech Language Pathologist.Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.Clinical certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.Experience in healthcare, rehabilitation, or educational settings preferred.Strong assessment, communication, and patient support skills.Compassionate, organized, and able to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
