Candidates with an AZ home address on their drivers license will not be considered. Please include a copy in submission.

Banner has a specific cover page! PLEASE vet all locations to the travelers and add all experienced departments candidates are willing to ACCEPT / work in.

Start Date should be on or very quickly after the Order Start Date listed.

All RTO should be listed on the cover page, must be less than 7 days. RTO will not be approved in the first week of assignment or holidays.

All facilities the traveler is open to working in should be listed on the submission.

If interested in 'any' location, please include what states (I.E. Any AZ, Any CO, Any state, etc.)

All shifts the traveler is open to working on should be listed on the submission.

All departments the traveler is open to working must be checked on the cover page.

All candidates submitted should be preclosed and ready to accept.

Job Requirements

24 months minimum of current PCU experience - REQUIRED

Certifications must be American Heart Association OR American Red Cross, active upon submission and INCLUDED IN SUBMISSION - REQUIRED

No Nursys Hits - REQUIRED

Active License (verification must be less than 30 days old)

Certifications (must be active at time of submission)

Flu vaccination - Banner declinations can be applied for (reach out for forms)

Driver's License

Additional Details

Banner will not approve RTO within the first week or holidays. Cannot exceed 7 days.

Candidates with an AZ home address on their drivers license will not be considered. Please include a copy in submission.

Learning modules must be completed prior to start of assignment.

Non-Billable hours have been adjusted to reflect 16 hours for each assignment.

Client or Vendor may cancel an Assignment in progress with 7 days written notice without penalty.
