Physician - Family Medicine Location : Cobleskill, NY Full-Time Position Overview : A progressive academic health system in Central New York is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join an established outpatient practice.Position Highlights : Outpatient-only, Monday - Friday schedule (8 AM 5 PM) No OB responsibilities Supportive team of physicians and APCs Generative AI scribe and in-basket support programs in place EPIC EMR First-call system covered by APCs Visa Sponsorship Available (J-1 & H-1B)Compensation & Incentives : Salary : $320,000 $374,000 Sign-on bonus up to $200,000 Residency stipend up to $45,000 (available 18 months pre-graduation) Productivity incentives with no earnings cap Loan repayment options availableQualifications : MD, DO, or MBBS Board Eligible or Board Certified NYS license, BLS & DEA requiredBenefits : Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid malpractice, PTO, holidays Retirement plan CME time and allowance Transition bonus
