Summary :

Join our dedicated team as a skilled Registered Nurse, navigating both routine and complex patient care with confidence. This role requires independence while maintaining awareness of all relevant clinical scenarios. You will be instrumental in guiding long-range care plans and managing the ever-evolving challenges in clinical nursing.

Responsibilities :

• Align with OneCHRISTUS Competencies : Lead Yourself, Lead Others, or Lead Leaders.
• Provide comprehensive nursing care utilizing the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation for assigned patients, adhering to ANA Standards of Practice.
• Address and support the complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and their families.
• Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols, monitoring for side effects and the effectiveness of prescribed treatments.
• Document vital patient information including history, symptoms, medications, and care provided.
• Assess the educational needs of patients and families, offering vital information and resources to support their care journey.
