A leading gaming company is seeking a Software Systems Engineer to join the operations and support team. This role focuses on providing 24 / 7 operational support for the network platform and managing all inbound support requests. The engineer will investigate and troubleshoot complex production issues, identify and escalate systemic problems, and ensure timely resolution within defined SLAs. Responsibilities include maintaining detailed operational workflows and documentation, fulfilling business support requests, monitoring systems and application performance, and developing tools to enhance support processes. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to collaborate with internal and external teams are essential.
