Job descriptionProvides clinical patient care by initiating and administering appropriate treatment Evaluates patients accurately and plans appropriate treatment Sets and meets functional goals, revises and progresses treatment program Provides instruction to patients, family members, and healthcare providers Graduation from an accredited school of Physical Therapy. Valid State of Oklahoma Licensure or Temporary Letter of Authorization to practice Physical Therapy. 0 - 6 months related experience Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from patients and families Effective interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills Ability to use computers and basic computer knowledge for data input and reporting Effective reasoning ability and adaptability Provides clinical patient care by initiating and administering appropriate treatment Evaluates patient accurately and plans appropriate treatment Completes patient records in a timely manner Maintains technical expertise through continuing education Provides instruction to patients, family members, and healthcare providers
