Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects and events (e.g., Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma) across manufacturing operations.
• Identify and analyze process inefficiencies, waste, and bottlenecks using data-driven methodologies to propose solutions.
• Develop, implement, and sustain continuous improvement strategies and programs aligned with organizational goals.
• Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to employees on Lean principles, tools, and problem-solving techniques.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress, measure the impact of improvements, and report results.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, engagement, and ownership throughout the manufacturing facility.
