We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Communications Agent to join our team in Tampa, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting internal and external communication efforts, crafting compelling content, and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels. You will collaborate closely with various departments to support strategic goals and represent the Captura Hall brand voice professionally.

Responsibilities :

Draft, edit, and distribute internal memos, newsletters, and press releases

Assist in creating presentations, reports, and briefing materials

Ensure brand consistency in all communications

Coordinate with different departments to streamline communication strategies

Support planning and execution of public relations and media outreach

Monitor and respond to inquiries from clients, partners, and stakeholders

Maintain accurate records and communication documentation

Qualifications

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, English, or a related field

1-3 years of experience in a communications or administrative role

Strong writing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and communication tools

Adaptable and professional in fast-paced environments
