Job description

A hospital in northwestern Kentucky has an opening for a CRNA to provide ongoing coverage.

Opportunity Details :

  • Schedule : Mon-Fri from 7a-5p, every other week
  • No call requirements or weekends
  • Cases : General, Urology, ENT, OB / GYN, GI, Ortho, and robotics cases
  • Regional Skills : TAP blocks and regional skills needed for Ortho cases
  • Care team model
  • EMR : Epic
  • Must have active KY license and clean brackground
  • Paid travel & lodging

QUALIFICATIONS

  • BLS and ACLS
  • National Institutes of Health (NIH)
  • Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
  • The ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Strong technical skills.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Passionate about patient care
  • Requires a minimum of two years of current CRNA experience.
  • Graduate from a fully accredited CRNA Master's Degree program
  • Active unencumbered CRNA Kentucky state license
  • One year of Epic experience

    • Requirements

  • COVID vaccine with 2 Shots & Booster.

    • SKILLS / ABILITIES / COMPETENCIES REQUIRED :

  • Maintains and updates clinical knowledge and skills.
  • Participates in relevant continuing education programs.
  • Knowledge of and dedication to the highest patient care and provide the utmost service excellence to all patients.
  • Ability to take initiative and to exercise independent judgment, decision-making and problem-solving expertise.
  • A can-do, team oriented attitude is essential, as the ability to work independently and to interact easily with physicians, other managers and staff throughout the department and hospital.
  • Effective interpersonal / communication, organizational, and the flexibility to handle multiple tasks.
