Position Title : Sales and Marketing Associate

Location :   Louisville, KY

Department : Sales

Reports To : Director of Sales

Pay : $45, + Commission

Job Overview :

Snelling Staffing is seeking a Sales and Marketing Associate to support a leading organization in the recycling and recovery industry. This individual will serve as a vital link between the company and its nationwide customer base. The role focuses on proactive communication, customer support, quoting services, and project execution coordination. It also includes a variety of marketing and administrative responsibilities in support of the outside sales and management teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Maintain strategic communication with current and prospective customers nationwide

Respond to service inquiries and special customer needs

Generate quotes, assist in account set-up, and coordinate project logistics

Provide support to Outside Sales Representatives and the Management Team

Manage and maintain customer price sheets and reports

Serve as liaison with partner locations across the U.S.

Coordinate and manage tradeshow participation

Qualifications and Skills :

Strong business acumen and a proactive mindset

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities

High attention to detail

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously

Willingness to travel occasionally as needed

Education and Experience :

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications

OR two or more years of experience in a corporate sales or marketing environment
