Your Role & Responsibilities

Create & Implement Care Plans – Assess each patient’s condition and develop personalized care strategies

Coordinate Patient Care – Communicate effectively with families, providers, and care teams to ensure continuity

Educate & Empower – Support patients and caregivers with knowledge and training for successful at-home care

What You’ll Need

Active Nevada RN license

Valid Nevada driver’s license and reliable personal transportation

CPR and First Aid certification (TB testing support available)

Graduate of an accredited nursing program

Home health experience preferred , but not required
