What You’ll Be Doing :

  • Building and managing strong relationships with landlords and property owners
  • Working warm, ready-to-go leads and converting them into signed deals
  • Marketing listings using powerful, modern tools
  • Thriving in a high-volume, fast-moving environment (spring market = 🔥)

    • What You Need :

  • A MA Real Estate License (or actively working on getting it)
  • Great communication and relationship-building skills
  • A tech-savvy mindset—comfortable with CRMs, social, digital marketing
  • Hustle. Drive. Grit. We’re looking for go-getters.
  • Ability to work solo and within a tight-knit, supportive team
  • Real passion for real estate and a hunger to grow

  • Have experience in real estate or any sales-based industry
