Job descriptionMaster's degree or higher (doctorate preferred) 5+ years teaching / administrative experience in middle or upper school Expertise in curriculum, assessment, and academic operations Strong data and technology skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Collaborative, professional, and aligned with the school's mission and Jewish values Lead academic vision, curriculum alignment, and professional development Use data to drive instructional improvement Oversee student placement, transcripts, exams, and graduation requirements Manage dual-credit partnerships and the Senior Capstone Program Coordinate enrichment opportunities (CTY / CTD / GOA)

Compensation
- $150,000 salary

Qualifications
Role Summary
The Dean of Academics leads all aspects of the school's academic program, ensuring high-quality curriculum, instruction, and assessment. Reporting to the Associate Heads of School, the Dean oversees academic operations, course scheduling, student placement, and program coherence across departments.
