Key Qualifications :

Proven experience in designing and implementing premium audit processes, preferably in the E&S insurance sector.

Strong leadership skills with a focus on team building and employee development.

Ability to develop and document SOPs and implement technological solutions for audits.

Excellent collaboration skills, with experience working across departments to address audit-related issues.

Expertise in regulatory compliance and internal guidelines.

Comfortable as a subject matter expert advising internal and external stakeholders.
