The Learning Experience in Brownsburg is looking for a warm-hearted dependable Preschool Cook someone who takes pride not just in food but in nourishing futures. As our Cook you wont just be preparing mealsyoull be part of a team that supports growth learning and happiness for every child who walks through our doors.

What youll do :

  • Cook up healthy kid-approved meals that meet important nutrition guidelines
  • Keep allergy info organized and communicated clearly to teacherssafety first
  • Maintain a clean sanitary kitchen and follow all food handling protocols
  • Coordinate food purchases and manage inventory with our leadership team
  • Build connections with families through great service and a welcoming attitude
  • Adapt to the rhythm of a busy preschool environment with a smile

    • What were looking for :

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience preparing and cooking meals (bonus if its for kids!)
  • A food handlers certificate or willingness to get one within 90 days
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs stay organized and keep things running smoothly

    Compensation : $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

    Our curriculum focuses on the six ages and stages of early childhood development and engages children in hands-on learning activities that encourage them to explore and solve problems at their own rate of development. This forms a foundation for kids to Learn Play and Grow under the care of our nurturing teachers and staff.

    At TLE weve created a full cast of characters that become our little learners educators partners and friends through their preschool education journey. Each character has a unique personality and area of interest and brings learning to life by allowing children to explore the world through fun and imagination.
