Computer Support Position

Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Computer Support professional to join their team. As a Computer Support specialist, you will be part of the IT Support Department supporting a high-profile user community. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude.

What's the Job?

• Provide software and hardware support to end-users in a professional banking environment
• Assist with administration of Virtual / Desktop / Laptop Management and infrastructure applications including VDI, patch management, encryption technologies, and anti-virus solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
• Reimage, back up, and restore user devices remotely and onsite to ensure optimal performance
• Configure, install, and test hardware components and manage hardware deployment replacements
