Job description

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare and dispense medications following established guidelines and regulations
Conduct medication reconciliations with accuracy and efficiency
Provide clinical support for medication therapy management
Ensure compliance with USP797 / 800 standards in the IV room
Work collaboratively with other healthcare providers to optimize patient care

Requirements :

Active NY State License (NYSED)

Proven pharmacy experience

Must have experience in Pharmacy dispensing system, Sterile Processing, and IV room

Knowledge of an EMR (Electronic Medical Records system)
